Gulf Crossing Pipeline Company LLC is a new interstate natural gas pipeline that provides takeaway capacity from the Barnett Shale in Texas and the Caney/Woodford Shale in Oklahoma.  It begins near Sherman, Texas extending to the Perryville, Louisiana area. 

Pipeline Facilities

The Gulf Crossing system is composed of approximately 360 miles of pipeline having a peak-day delivery capacity of approximately 1.7 billion cubic feet per day.

Part of the Boardwalk System

Gulf Crossing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP (NYSE:BWP), a master limited partnership engaged through its subsidiaries in the interstate transportation and storage of natural gas.  Boardwalk owns two additional interstate natural gas pipeline systems, Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP and  Texas Gas Transmission, LLC.
